REGIONAL WORKSHOP & CASE STUDIES FROM 6 COUNTRIES, 27TH NOVEMBER 2018


Vale Eco Centre’s Regional Workshop on Nature Parks & It’s Community Engagement 27th November 2918. ECOMY proud to announce the inaugural Regional Workshop series to be held at the Swiss Garden Damai Laut Resort, Lumut, Malaysia. This Workshop will feature 6 Regional nature parks and facilities representing 5 countries as they share their case studies on how each facility was created and how it engages with the local communities. Presenters from South Korea’s Upo Wetlands, Taiwan’s Augo Wetlands & Forest Park, India’s Parambikulam Tiger Reserve, Cambodia’s Kulen Prohmtep Wildlife Sanctuary, Indonesia’s Tangkoko National Park and Malaysia’s own Rainforest Discovery Centre will be attending to share their stories and build a network. Registration is now open to members of the public. There will be no registration fee! To apply for participation, pls email us at vec@ecomy.org.
